I was excited when Emily contacted me to let me know that her sweet baby girl had arrived. The first twelve days after birth are known as the “sleepy phase,” but this little one was so alert and awake most of the session. She finally tuckered out the last 15 minutes, so I was able to grab some sleepy shots also. As a dear friend of mine said to me once, “Babies don’t keep.” You’ll never regret making the investment to capture this short but precious stage.
